Earlnesha completed her BA in psychology with a minor in sociology at the University of Mississippi where she participated as a social and experimental researcher, as a volunteer in community engagements, and as a occupational therapy and sleep medicine intern. She received a MS in psychology from the University of Houston - Clear Lake, where she became a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success as a team-leader. Most recently, she completed a ten-month internship researching minority mental health, early psychosis, and empathy, while also obtaining hands-on experience in the clinical environment at Gordon's Medical Arts Clinic, in Clinton, MS. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, reading, live music, group fitness, cooking, and creative outlets. She is excited to become a member of the RML team and is looking forward to connecting with other members of the NNLM, and exploring Charleston.
