Lorin Jackson serves as the Executive Director for Region 2 of the Network of the National Library of Medicine (NNLM) headquartered at MUSC. In this role, she manages a team of six faculty and classified staff to oversee the implementation of the 5-year cooperative agreement through the National Library of Medicine. Lorin brings a robust background and expertise of supporting marginalized communities to the team, along with a balance of professional experience in various types of libraries. She looks forward to providing leadership to this grant initiative in order to successfully continue to build health literacy throughout Region 2. Outside of work, Lorin's hobbies include career coaching, journaling, film, interior design, and organization.
