- PDQ®-NCI's Comprehensive Cancer Database
- PDQ (Physician Data Query), the National Cancer Institute's comprehensive cancer database, contains peer-reviewed summaries on treatment, screening, prevention and supportive care; a registry of approximately 1,800 open and 12,000 closed clinical trials from around the world; and a directory of individuals providing cancer genetics information. Consists of 3 sections: PDQ Cancer Information Summaries, PDQ Clinical Trials Database and the Cancer Genetics Services Directory. The Information Summaries include treatment summaries, complementary and alternative medicine summaries, screening/detection summaries, prevention summaries, genetics summaries, and supportive care summaries. The Clinical Trials Database includes descriptions of open/active trials as well as closed trials.

- TOXLINE is a collection of bibliographic information covering the biochemical, pharmacological, physiological, and toxicological effects of drugs and other chemicals. This collection is grouped in two major parts. The TOXLINE Core covers much of the standard journal literature in toxicology and is accessible through tthe PubMed® system by selecting "toxicology" as a subset Limit. It can also be searched on TOXNET®. TOXLINE Special complements TOXLINE Core with references from an assortment of specialized journals and other sources. TOXLINE Special can be searched on TOXNET®. TOXLINE Core and TOXLINE Special can be search simultaneously on TOXNET®. TOXLINE Special includes materials from Developmental and Reproductive Toxicology (DART®), International Labor Office (CIS), Swedish National Chemicals Inspectorate (RISKLINE), Federal Research in Progress (FEDRIP),Toxic Substances Control Act Test Submissions (TSCATS), Toxicology Document and Data Depository (NTIS), and Toxicology Research Projects (NIH Reporter).
